Great team, spotless hotel, highly recommend

We arrived early and immediately from walking in the door we were greeted warmly. We asked to leave luggage and this wasnt a problem. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We only had service one day (our choice) and it was like on arrival day againspotless! When we put DND there was a letter under door asking if we did change our minds they would come and service the room! All staff were extremely friendly ...

Really good for the price, the area is fantastic and really clean. The staff were also really lovely and friendly and answered all questions we had. Only downside is that there is no long mirror but of course wasnt a necessity, other than that I was happy :)...

Horrible place to stay

What a horrible hotel. Theyre so disrespectful and rude. And Im reading all of their reviews and see the management cannot take any criticism at all. They are not accountable for any of this hotels problems.
This place is a disgrace.
Rude desk clerks, no air conditioning (although they advertise that they have air conditioning) and the horrible conditions made this the worst place Ive ever stayed.

Good room for price

Good room for the price we paid. Just a bit loud since you can hear all the doors closing in the morning.
Also our shower was leaking a bit...
Cleaning lady comes everyday and even sometimes if you leave Do not disturb paper on door, we leave it on in the morning and in the afternoon when we put it of the room was cleaned.
Loved that they have blacked out curtains!
But 100 deposit is a bit much!...

The hotel was basic, the room was a nice size and clean. The outside of the hotel may be abit off putting however the inside is lovely. We felt safe in the area and walked everywhere.We booked through easy jet and upon arrival were told we had to pay a 100 deposit which we were not aware of. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were told check in was not till 3pm and that we could store our luggage in a locker for 2...
