The location is very good for the beach, 12-15 minutes maximum walk
Slow to playa Bogatell.
The cleanliness is good and acceptable.
The room was 716 with a good view to side sea view. The bathroom was with shower cabin.
The noise level was slow and acceptable.
The athmosphere was a pleasant atmosphere.
The breakfast was varied and very good....

Terrible service, terrible and absolutely unprofessional staff. This is the first hotel that gets from me 0 points. Avoid it...

Rooms are clean and the staff we dealt with were helpful, however, we booked on a half board basis, often the "hot" breakfast items were lukewarm and the dinner is the same menu every day, which is not good. My mum ordered a burger and was told they'd run out of buns! We ate out more than at the hotel which of course incurred a lot more expense.
