The hotel lobby is bright. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived way too early to check in (3 pm after being on a cruise), but were showed to a secure luggage storage area and was given so much useful information. It was about a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Famiglia, but thats also because we were taking pictures. The rooms are very spacious and there were 2 complimentar...

Had a great experience at this hotel, we arrived early & asked to store our luggage, the staff were very friendly & helpful & the room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. The room & bathroom were clean & tidy with good views from the window. Don't forget to check out the lovely roof top views including the Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was very good with continental choices & hot food.

Great location, within walking distance to several attractions. Lots of restaurants, bars and markets nearby. Easy to/from tram and metro stations. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower. Friendly staff. We had a great time there!...

Very reasonable, comfortable hotel. Bed and linen great. Cleanliness especially bathrooms very high standard. We were a group of couples and not one of us ever got the air conditioning to work despite reporting problems. Cannot leave bedroom window open as on the corner of a busy junction. We used the roof terrace, very sunny, only eight sunbeds fixed to the floor, space could be used so much better. Shame the...
