This is my third time staying in a Catalonia hotel while visiting Barcelona and I cannot fault the group.
The Atenas is in great location, close to Glories shopping centre, but far enough from the city centre to be quiet and a little more relaxed.
The hotel is right by Clot metro station, making it exceedingly accessible for all the sights Barcelona has to offer.

Great little hotel! Near to the metro, which we used to get around- really easy! Bus stop right outside or you can get a taxi within minutes.
We walked to the Sagrada Familiar from here, not too far at all.
Staff always smiling, very helpful and the hotel is spotless. Breakfast is great and food looks really good (although we didnt actual eat in the evening here)

Great location near Clot subway station, also a bus that brings you to the beach, mainly reason we chose it. The fact that they gave us the room right away (9am?) and we had traveled from Canada makes this one of the best hotels. The room was small but they had a large bed that was very comfortable and an AC that worked very well. The only thing that would make this hotel better is a coffee machine in the room.

Stayed two days prior to a cruise in room 508. Air con worked well in a sweltering city. Beds comfortable with no big bulky quilts to make you overheat. Room was spotless with a good shower over bath. The front desk staff very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Everything you could want.
