Small rooms - no window - like prison.

I booked a double room - and paid more for it.
Got a single room with no window
I requested a change- i was told there isn't . I requested again and got a room again with no window - they told me to come at noon the next day if I want to change.
The next day i came at 11:55 and was told it is too late- i persisted and the gave a room with a window - that smelled terrible.

Six well travelled older Americans stayed at this smaller hotel. The staff were very personable and tried to take care of any issues if we had them. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options.There also is a coffee shop/ bar on premises. as with many European hotels, rooms are small and air conditioning is not as robust as we would have liked.

I had low expectation for this hotel, but it ended up being really nice! It's nestled in a wonderful neighborhood full of shops that had me buying way too many cute, quirky things, but that's not a bad thing! The room was tiny, but it was enough for just one person! Everything was very clean and staff was helpful!...

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona

The hotel is located in a great spot in the middle of the Gothic Barrio in Barcelona, personel is very attentive, specially in the Reception Desk
Place is very clean, well maintained, good variety in breakfast
Highly recommend this hotel to stay and enjoy Barcelona...

A great birthday celebration

Just back from visiting this hotel, and we were very happy with our choice.
We spent 3 nights there for my husbands 70th birthday and everything was just right, including a beautiful complementary tray of wine, and nibbles on the big day.
The rooms were spacious and warm with good bathroom facilities. We were on the third floor.
