Yet another cheap bargain last minute trip, this time it took us to Barcelona. Arrived at the hotel 3 hours early and was surprised to be let into the room at this time. It was a ground floor room and had a huge corner bathroom with a bath and shower, ( unable to use bath as no plug). Comfy beds, clean room that was serviced yo a high standard every day. This Hotel needs updating!!! do not come here if you value your sleep! The walls are so thin you can hear everything! The AC is like having a tractor in your room the lifts are slow and judder and one broke down causing a massive build up and are tiny can just about squeeze 4 people in. The housekeeping was poor as tea coffee etc not replaced. The photos of the pool are deceptive and although the best area in the hot...

Solid Experience in the Heart of the City

Great experience while here for a conference. The staff is friendly and helpful and it made my first trip to Europe an amazing memorable experience. Being located downtown, was able to get a soldi pulse of the surrounding area during the day and the night and everything was accessible. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again on my next visit....

I went there for a personal trip. I heard lot of things about the hotel. However the services aren't upto the mark, hence not satisfied much. I wasted a lot money for the trips. Scenic beauty was great. That was cost effective trip. All I must say please do the needful to rectify the customer service experience....

Business hotel in residential areaair conditioning not active during early April

The hotel is in a business residential area - ideally located for seeing a nearby business customer but seemed a good 30 minute taxi ride from tourist parts of Barcelona

Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice
The pool pictured on the website is very narrow and small. In early April it was unheated
