The rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient. Just don't take what the receptionists tell you as Gospel truth. Consult further. This i say because a taxi overcharged me by 13 and the receptionists (Rodgers) justified it as city tax! I found out later that it was a lie. You only pay what's on the meter. Additionally, if you are a person of colour, you may not get the best room and your complaints mig...

Incredibly rude staff!! None of the staff here should be working in hospitality. Every request is met with rudeness and attitude and nothing is simple. Rooms are tired and need updating. If you looking for good service and modern and clean facilities, this is not a place to book....

Nice hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
The room is big. Bathroom comes with bathtub and standing shower.
The air con has the heater function during winter. So if you feel hot, opening d window is the only option.
Breakfast is nice. There's actually an egg station where this friendly, nice lady can cook the egg for you.
Abt 6mins walk to metro L7. It's not the main metro line. So may need to change line to get to v...

The room was dusty! Especially the curtains - it seems they have never been washed. The furniture old and worn-out, e.g. the chair by the desk. Very uncomfortable bed and flat pillows. Very noisy air conditioning.
The receptionist David was kind and helpful....

Short stay, 2 nights. Hotel location was excellent. Staff were superb. Swimming pool and facilities were good. Very comfortable rooms and beds and decent bathroom. Breakfast good. Room a bit dated. TV channel options very limited for English....
