Dirty stinky old hotel with cheap mattress

This hotel is located next to the mall and a large Plaza. It's not really ideally located in terms of shopping and restaurants. I usually stay at the other end of the long street but this hotel was included with our tour.
We noticed right away that the room smelled funky and figured out that it was the moldy shower curtain. My friend requested to change out her shower curtain and it seemed to help a bit. My shower ...

I stayed here for 1 night after a business trip in different cities in Spain. I truly loved the hotel. Thanks to Linda to register me in room 240 with an amazing view on the square and the museum and fountains. My room was stylish with a lot of natural light, a very comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with all amenities you need. The pool on the rooftop terrace gives you the best views of the city. Decent location but

Chair by the desk was too low to be useful. No rain shower head or conditioner. No plugs by bed. I came back to my room once to find the door wide open. Housekeeping was nearby but they did not seem like they knew why it was open! It was also noisy inside and out.
Close to Metro and you can cast to the tv from your devices....

This hotel is amazing in every way. We got upgraded to the next level up which included a private pool on our balcony. Feels like a dream. Location could not be better. A short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. In fact there's a mall about 4 minutes away walking. Very lovely place and bar. Staff are all lovely as well. Highly recommend!!...
