Dont judge by outside frontage

Booked via a travel operator, turned out to be a real little gem. Helpful reception, prompt check in with useful information. Room was possibly slightly small, but really comfortable and well presented. Bathroom was stunning, very well maintained and equipped. Good buffet breakfast....

4 star Hotel with 1 star service

Veet poor experience for a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in other 3 star Hotels in the Catalonia Hotels chain and the service I received there was much better. The air conditioning was not cooling the room after being on for 5 hours the temperature hadn't changed. I called reception to report it, a maintenance guy came up and changed the temperature 2 hours later same temperature. I called reception again and was told th...

Very Good and Comfort Hotel, the Location is Excellent, the rooms are clean and Spacious room, the staff are very Polite and Helpful, the bar is good and responsive with good food and the only issue I have with Lack of Electric points near the bed....
