Absolutely love this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms lovely and the food full of flavour. We find the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your visit enjoyable. Five stars without hesitation. See you next year!...

Inhuman hotel...Please avoid booking

Worst hotel ever. We are stuck in a war situation in Dubai and the manager was extremely rude. Me my husband Dhruv had to come to MWC but airspace is closed. Manager is a machine and does not have an iota of humanity. If families are stuck in war, any business should have sense of doing refund. We are in UAE and we have got all refunds. Amazing hotel, the staff are super friendly and speak both Spanish and English, they were so helpful when there was a power outage. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and chic. My room was perfect! The buffet breakfast was incredible, lots of options and very delicious. I highly recommend ....

Excellent hotel with very efficient and kind staff. Everybody at the hotel was friendly and helpful but I would like to mention Patricia as we talked mostly with her. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. It had a lively balcony and was close to a very quiet and charming square with nice restaurants and cafes. It was very close to the train stop that leads straight to the centre.

Upon arrival it was made clear to me that we were absolutely not allowed to make any noise, not to talk too loudly and the TV should not be too loud. All fine, the first morning I woke up to drilling noises in the building!
