Very disappointing

Excellent location. Corporate, grubby feel to the place. Staff were not really engaged and often difficult to find. Bar staff at pool side were inadequately prepared. Despite travelling with a four star tour group, we were given ROOM 106. To be avoided at all costs. Tiny and claustrophobic with windows covered in non-see-through plastic film. Breakfast was quite good but confusingly arranged....

Brief Awkward Stay

We spent a brief 15 hours in this hotel after flying in before a cruise. We were greeted warmly at check-in to this ~80-room city hotel. But when we got to our assigned room we found someone already staying there. Back to the front desk for room reassignment, where staff seemed more concerned with the guests already in the room than us. Great location. Accessible and great breakfast. The staff is attentive and helpful. They helped us with all our requests. We visited after a cruise and they allowed us to check in early which was great....

Strongly advice not to stay at this hotel

Strongly advise not to stay here. My clothing gone missing, hotel offered no compensation after my complaints. Hairs on bed, after changed 3 rooms, still hair on beds, unhygienic and non functional facilities with bath drainage problems in both rooms. Fuse jumped twice on one night. We reported all these issues but nothing changed or offered to us as solutions. Below standard for what it claimed to be a 4 star hotel....

Good value and great location

Myself husband and son stayed here for the weekend and found the hotel to be good value for money it's in an excellent location for everything we stayed in room 110 there was a mini bar in the room at an extra cost if you ate or drank any of the items whilst we found the room to be small (I think most are in barcelona) it was a little grubby in places ill attach a pic, although it would not stop me rebooking this hot...
