The hotel front looks small but inside is big enough. The front desk staff are all nice and friendly. Upon checkin they said they upgraded us to Superior room. We had iced Cava in our room with a small box of lindt chocolate. The aircon worked well. We also found out they change our sheets everyday. Good central hotel , a couple of minor negatives

Great central city hotel.
Comfortable rooms
No traffic noise
Reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful
Good cold food selection for breakfast
Negatives:
The food on the hot plates, eggs etc were not hot enough
Shower water temperature fluctuated a lot during showers

Decent hotel. Staff was ok, not overly friendly, but I think its common for the whole town. Not sure I would stay again as they had no way to get a/c and it got super warm. I couldnt even turn the heat below 21 degrees Celsiusand that makes me sweat when I sleep. My daughters room had the option to go down to 20, but still to warm for sleeping. So miserable sleep is where the 3 start came from. At least make it t...

Lovely room very clean with comfortable beds and a nice shower
With a tasty breakfast and delicious orange juice
Each morning
Most staff were helpful especially those at breakfast time ( apart from the man in the check in desk whose attitude we did not like )

Small average hotel with 2 star facilities masquerading as a 4 star ond. I just stayed there for half a day and I realised the hotel is absolutely average.
Rooms are pretty small with uncomfortable bed which will move with slight movement. They literally have basin in room and an open rod to han clothes- and while you wash your hands and face, water will definitely spill on your clothes hanging. Bathroom is really i...
