Excellent service from Catalonia hotels who transferred us when there was an issue with our room

Rating excellent due to the service from Catalonia Hotels. We had booked 2 rooms for the day we finished our cruise.
We got a taxi to the hotel to leave our luggage only to find out there was a maintenance issue and they had to change us to another hotel in a better location. (That hotel was amazing and was apparently 4+ star)

Location was good , But sadly the beds were solid , Some (not all) staff were very rude spoke down too you . And drilling woke us up very early from they say the place next door . And my room for some reason smelt like cannabis every day which wasnt nice at all I dont know where it came from as we were the top floor ....

Lovely Hotel

Had 3 nights in this amazing hotel.
Never felt so comfortable and at home.
Staff great, service brilliant and everything to hand.
Only issue I had were how noisy the doors were when being shut....
