I visited Barcelona in October with my daughter. Unfortunately, the hotel we booked into wasn't suitable and we needed to find somewhere quickly. We tried the Catalonia La Boqueria and were given a lovely welcome. The receptionist who had excellent English was kind and considerate and quickly found us suitable rooms. Unfortunate night without air conditioning on a heat wave

We stayed seven days at the hotel for a vacation in Barcelona. The arrival was fine but when we returned from dinner, the entire hotel had no air conditioning. It was a heat wave in Barcelona so we are talking 38 C and no AC whatsoever. I understand these things happen, but the hotel did very little to even acknowledge it pretending it was not a big deal. The perfect location and friendliest staff

What an amazing hotel in a perfect location! We booked 5 rooms here for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are fantastic, very large with a great shower. Just what we needed after a very long flight. This hotel is next to the market and Las Ramblas. You really could not ask for a better location. Best of all, the staff is kind and welcoming. Severe illness and a hospital visit are the direct results of the negligence of your hotel staff. Despite discussing the heating issue with your team twice and having staff come to our room on two occasions to check the system, we only received cold air instead of warm. Unfortunately, no action was taken, even though we were promised a room change.
