We stayed 4 nights during thanksgiving week (2 adults, 1 Boy 12yrs). We liked the location, cleanliness and breakfast buffet. I wish we return during summer to take advantage of the rooftop bar and small pool.
Tatiana, Bruno and Soba at front desk are very nice. Alfredo the front desk assistant is a super helpful person, he even walked with us to the metro station.

We arrived for our 2 night stay and we were greeted with welcoming smiles. Check in was a breeze and we were escorted to our room and given the quick rundown of amenities and how to find our way around. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was large. We only stayed a night so we didnt get to really enjoy the hotel and its amenities fully. But, the staff was lovely and ensured we were familiar with the city and didnt need recommendations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was quite comfortable. The location is ideal - we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Amazing stay in Barcelona!

Amazing location! One block from a very busy street, this hotel is centrally located so you can walk to most sites or easily take the metro. Room was very clean, friendly staff (especially Adam), good shower water pressure, very comfortable bed. Adam was the best and would do anything to help with any request. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again....

A good hotel, well situated in the center of Barcelona, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and in line with what you expect in a 4-star-hotel. The only issue here is the staff: not friendly at all, you don't feel welcome. A pity....
