Lovely large rooms, all the facilities and location is amazing. Staff are wonderful, would highly recommend. Bar is lovely. They made a birthday extra special without us saying. Family room especially was really family friendly with private space for children. Loved it x...

Wonderful hotel, really well located and lovely helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel with real character and located within easy walking of La Rambla and the gothic quarter.
We visited lots of places and all of the buses and tubes we needed were all nearby.
Thank you for looking after us on my wife's birthday trip... We will definitely be back......

I stayed solo for five nights on the marathon weekend in March. After reading the reviews, I booked a Premium Superior room looking for a large room with a living space. I asked for a quiet room. Very well situated, close to all attractions and the breakfast was outstanding. The room was a good size and the bathroom was roomy and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. We were very impressed with Indira Luli and Belen Garcia who went out of their way to accomodate us, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Barcelona. I wouldnt consider staying anywhere else....

From start to finish we had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the minute we walked in there is a lovely warm atmosphere and it is so clean and inviting. Check in is 3pm, we arrived around 1pm and told the room would be ready in ten minutes. The lady in reception gave us tickets for a complimentary drink as I had signed up as a reward member.
