Disappointing experience for a hotel in this price range.

We requested invoice splitting in advance (only one night was business), but ended up paying everything at checkin and no correct split invoice could be provided. No real help was offered.
More seriously, an unknown man entered our occupied room around 23:45 PM with a working keycard. My wife was half undressed and was badly shocked a very serious breach of privacy and safety.

I had brought my own Dior towel and when the maids cleaned the room they took it and never gave it back to me and as a remedy they wanted to give me a cheap hotel towel....

Could improve in heating system and security

Good location. Good staff. Good room but we had issues with the heating system when it was very cold. Wasnt solved but we managed to stay through. I would have scored this hotel more except for the experience of a criminal couple gaining access to our 8th floor and trying to fleece up though they couldnt....

Quite a good central location, very friendly staff members. They're likely to go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one, well they certainly did for us.
Aleix, the manager, is incredibly helpful and I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Barcelona....

I was robbed inside the hotel lobby a place that should be the safest area in any hotel. There was no security presence, no working cameras, and absolutely no sense of safety. When I reported the incident, the staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They showed zero concern for my situation and didnt even offer a proper apology.
