Could improve in heating system and security

Good location. Good staff. Good room but we had issues with the heating system when it was very cold. Wasnt solved but we managed to stay through. I would have scored this hotel more except for the experience of a criminal couple gaining access to our 8th floor and trying to fleece up though they couldnt....

Quite a good central location, very friendly staff members. They're likely to go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one, well they certainly did for us.
Aleix, the manager, is incredibly helpful and I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Barcelona....

Terrible Experience Stay Away!
I was robbed inside the hotel lobby a place that should be the safest area in any hotel. There was no security presence, no working cameras, and absolutely no sense of safety. When I reported the incident, the staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They showed zero concern for my situation and didnt even offer a proper apology.

Booked stay via 3rd party (booking.com).
We stayed in room 311. Overlooking the pool.
The room was big enough for 2 adults and 1 11year old. The bathroom was an odd shape, toilet squashed into a gap, whilst I am a larger lady anyone over a UK size 14 would have struggled. Bath was very sloping to get in and have a shower required some yoga moves.

Excellent location near public transport, within walking distance of the charming Poblenou district and the new architecture around Glòries. The rooms are not large, but adequately equipped for a short stay. Comfortable beds. The restaurant (also open for lunch !) deserves a special mention, with its attentive service....
