I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I accidentally left my wallet in the room and reported it to the reception on the same day. The receptionist was extremely rude and careless when I asked for help, he simply said its not my job and told me there was no housekeeping until the next day. How can a hotel not have anyone available to check a room? When I asked if he could call or check, he refused and just t...

We are just back from 5 days spent here from Scotland and had an amazing time! The hotel was clean and an amazing location for us exploring. It is directly on a busy street so not ideal for someone wanting a quiet location but we were out most of the day and noise didnt bother us too much at night. Bad and aggressive!

I came to ask if there is a room available, because thats showing on booking.com. The man came to me shouting at the door waving his hands telling me that its fully booked and I should go away.
This all in broken English. Let alone what I couldnt understand in his Spanish language.
This night worker was a terrible man. Very terrible for customers....

The room was very dirty. Mold in the shower. Crumbs on the floor. Hairs on the sheets and extra pillow. Stain on the comforter on the bed. Can hear sounds from outside all day and night. Since its on Las Ramblas there is noise at all times. Constant dogs barking and we were on the top floor....
