My friends and I had a great experience staying at the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day, we had everything we needed and the staff were super helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There are nice shops and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!...

The position and the ratio quality price are the best. You are near everything by walk . The hotel offers bed very comfortable but there are things to fix . The air conditioned is to refresh . We have a noisy air conditioned in the room 434 . The bathroom has a good shower but the smells water is in the entrance outside the bath . Strange...

The photos used are not for this hotel, they are for the sister hotel across the road.
The reception staff, the males are very rude, when we checked out they charged us tourist rate, however they charged another guest less, when we queried it they laughed at us. Then they spoke about us, not realising I speak and understand Spanish.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay, from the moment we entered to when we left, the staff are attentive, polite, and so helpful, the rooms are spotless, massive big comfy bed, super pillows (even the mattress on the sofa bed was comfortable) big fluffy bath towels, robes and slippers, great attention to detail. we had a mini fridge and asked for a travel kettle that was brought straight up. will 100% stay again and defi...
