This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel! The hotel is in an excellent location with old world elegance but all modern conveniences. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are generally a good size. The family suites in particular are great! Highly recommend staying here! ...

Roasting in El Avenida Hotel

The hotel is advertises as having air conditioning but it did not have it on at the time of our booking on Nov 15th with thre outside temp being 22-24 during the day and mid high teens at night. When talking to other clients on our floor they too states they had a very terrible sleep due to the heat.
