We recently stayed in the Junior Suite room 601 and although the hotel overall is good we were left a little disappointed on a few things.
On a positive note though one of the room porters called Vido was a lovely guy, very polite and professional and friendly. He took our luggage to our room and was always on hand to open doors with a cheery smile. Another mention for all the staff on duty at breakfast for the serv...

We stayed at the Avenida Palace for four nights in a premium room 303, which was recently renovated. The new decor is nice but some design choices were different. Couch like banquest seating along the window is good but oddly no chairs. There is a round table that could use a chair. Closet space is adequate but again oddly no doors, so you look at all your clothes hanging during your stay. Large bathroom with separat...

This hotel is 4 stars, but I think it deserves 5 stars because of the quality of service. Cleanliness, breakfast, room comfort, view, and the whole concept. It's a fantastic hotel, we were very pleased....
