The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, with a cold air conditioning system that we really appreciated. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to many parts of the city, which made it very convenient for exploring.

Fabulous location, central to all the main sights. Quiet room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Bar area and terrace have lots of atmosphere. Louisa was terrific for the spa treatment in the Wellness Centre. Rafael and the team in guest services ensured everything was excellent....

I booked this hotel through BA holiday flight+hotel. Check-in time was 3 pm but we reached hotel around 11,30 AM, we were allocated a room straightway without charging extra unlike most hotels do. Reception staff were amazing and always went extra mile to help the customers. Breakfast team were amazing, being vegetarians choice are less but they made every efforts to cook something for us.
