Wonderful hotel, conveniently located, clean, with a spacious room featuring comfortable and beautiful furniture. The service was outstanding. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine . The room cleaning was excellent, and the reception and bar staff were simply amazing! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!...

Restaurant was lacking a lot! We were starved and the help were so slow and inattentive. Room was nice. Desk helpful.

Slow service at restaurant in hotel. Not friendly either. Front desk pleasant enough; rooms clean and comfortable. Food very pricey and not great!...

Hotel is clean and close to fine shopping, restaurants, La Pedraza, Casa Batllo, Las Ramblas area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel....

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience be prepared for a 3 star hotel experience. (No offense to 3 star hotels)
The management at this hotel are not willing to accommodate anything from internet in your room to a bottle of water to even if you have a suite no breakfast. Its like staying at a motel with a little more room and 4 times the price. I would advise you stay at a Hilton or Marriott or any boutiq...

Amazing hotel overall. Location is good. Stand out was the food and definitely the staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed for food and staff. The waiter Javier is amazing. And all the reception staff too. Only small complaint is the lack of division in room between bed and bathroom area. But nothing was too much trouble and staff always willing to help with anything immediately. Would highly recommend....
