Very Disappointing Service Recovery for a 5-Star Hotel

I stayed at Eurostars Grand Marina in Barcelona from June 14 to June 18 for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
The television in my room did not work for the first three nights of my stay. I contacted the operator several times by dialing extension 9, but each time I was met with an unhelpful response and a poor attitude. I was repeatedly told that ...

Great location, close to Las Ramblas, the heart of Barcelona. The terrasse is impressive with view of all the Barcelona Coastline! It is totally worth it!!! You should not miss this if you are in Barcelona. The hotel staff is extremely kind! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable....
