Extremely disappointed with the issues I encountered and even more so with the response and service I received while I was there and since I left. If my issue had been sorted at the start, or someone had communicated with me while I was at the hotel as I requested, this could have been sorted very easily and without misunderstanding. Not very impressed!Came here to use the pool and found out yesterday,we couldnt.The staff was not very apologetic about it.No proper apology.Today,we went up thinking it closed at 8 pm.Ordered a drink and within minutes some came over to us and the people around us to say that there was an event on and the pool area would closed at 6 pm.Rediculous!On our way out,I asked the old guy at the desk can I speak to a mana...

We started off our trip to Spain at a hotel in Mataro, and it was a disaster. Very rude people at that hotel, so we checked out early and booked a room for the rest of our stay at this hotel, and it was 1000% better! The staff engages in physical violence (and this is not a joke).
Front desk collaborator Juan has aggression issues, and so does the night guard that was on service on March 19th 2025. The guard, encouraged by Juan, dragged me out of lobby after I refused to present my credit card once again.
