Very good hotel, team and location, in one of the best Barcelona neighborhood the breakfast is also good, but need a freshly squeezed orange juice to be perfect....

RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND INADAQUATE FACILITY

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from 2nd to 6th February as an accreditation committee member of a Business school in Barcelona. ROOM did not have basic facilities....Wifif was very slow. &. I had lunch in this hotel, as part of my fficial job and the hotel receptionist on 3rd February had agreed to include the price in hotel room bill as it was a sponsored trip supposed to be covered by Barcelona School of man...

Terrible costumer service

I recently stayed at Evenia Rosselló Hotel in Barcelona, and while the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was terriblestaff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns.
For the price I paid, I expected a much better standard of service. Although the food was enjoyable, it wasnt enough to make up for the lack of hospitality.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely and comfortable beds! You have everything you need on that same street walking distance - restaurants, bars and clubs. Very close to the main shopping street and several metro stations. The price was as well the best for the amazing location....

The hotel is beautiful and it worths 4 stars! It is very close to rambla and to pas.de gracia (the main streets ) 10 mins walking. You can reach metro in 2 mins walking and the zone provides a lot of restaurants and pubs .
Breakfast was reach. Probably, They should improve the amenities in the bathroom ....
