Check in was flawless. Front desk was extremely helpful in providing directions to activities.location was excellent.luggage immediately delivered to our room and accommodations were clean and modern.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well displayed...

The hotel, the rooms, and the staff were wonderful. We came to Barcelona as a family and enjoyed some truly amazing restaurants and cafés. However, it was the moments at the hotel that made this vacation unforgettable.

Very poor value dont be fooled by the fancy exterior

Dont be fooled by the 5 star exterior this hotel feels very much a mid 3 star offer. The entrance space is unwelcoming and the reception service staff were utterly disinterested. Staff chatted instead of helping the guests. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Things didnt get much better.
