Stayed as was travelling for business. Hotel service couldn't have been better. From the start they were attentive and friendly. My room was a great size and had a street view. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. Very good quality complementary toiletries from the white company. Huge tv in the room! Room service a little expensive but drinks in the bar more fairly priced. I would visit again and highly recommend...

The hotel is very well located in one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, full of restaurants, café and shops. The check in went very smooth and i got my room before 2pm. The hotel has got a very nice contemporary design, black and brown are the main colors. The room is not big but it's comfortable and it comes with a small terrace. The bed could be bigger. Great location but terrible customer service when there's a problem

Checking in went smoothly and the front desk who checked us in on 1/31 in the morning was very friendly and helpful; she was even able to check us in early. All was great until our third night on Thursday 1/2. The hotel was doing some plumbing work and our water got shut off without any notification. We called the front desk around 5:45pm and the woman who worked said it would be turned on in half an hour. Nope. I ha...
