Disembarking from a cruise line? This is your hotel - 7 minutes and EU-10 from the Barcelona port.

We arrived early morning from disembarking from a cruise. The front desk person was excellent! She stored our bags, gave us a local map and showed us to the cafe for a cup of coffee. Later she.pointed-out on the map that we were only 5-minutes from some of the best Barcelona sites. We returned about 1 pm and our room was ready! Room nice and clean . Staff friendly and helpful . Only disappointment was the fact we could not get in to the hotel spa as it was too busy. Other than that, good hotel with an okay location ( approx 30 mins walk to tourist attractions , restaurants pubs etc )...

Family short break to Barcelona & hotel did not disappoint. Positives:-
Location - approximately 5 minute walk to Las Rambles , Metro and harbour. Do really central.
Rooms & facilities - we stayed as a family if 3 and there was plenty of space in the room. Shower was lovely! Plenty of hot water and complimentary toiletries. Towels changed and daily along with housekeeping.

(+) We loved our room! Super comfortable bed with dreamy pillows. It was spacious and very clean.
(+) The bathroom was very well equipped and had a hairdryer. Body products by Rituals were a lovely surprise!
(+) There was a kettle in the room, as well as tea and coffee sachets. A small fridge was available too.

Were staying at the Grums Hotel for a weekend trip to celebrate my mums 70th. I emailed the hotel before and spoke to a very helpful lady Florencia, I told her it was a birthday and she could honestly not have made it any more special for us. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. We had a bottle of bubbles on ice in our room and chocolates on arrival. And on the morning of her birthday another bottle arrived. A...
