Horrible service!
I paid to stay at this hotel for my birthday. On the first 3 nights we have been woken up with construction work being done on the hotel room above us. Every single day it sounds like there are construction workers in the room with us.
When I have asked the hotel staff to either give me a refund or too move my rooms they simply did not supply any resolution to my problem.
In all the hotel is nice...

We had such a wonderful time, it was for my daughters 25th and they pulled out all the stops to make it as memorable as possible. To our surprise when we came back to our room they laid out a bottle of wine, a dessert and a lovely birthday print out. Everyone e was courteous and friendly. Only one downside and that was the sauna not working properly but heyho it was a sauna outside so a win win...

Stayed for 3 nights 4 days as a solo traveller for a Hyrox event, great location next to Sants station, stayed bed and breakfast and food was delicious, staff friendly but also very professional, room very clean. Outside bar cocktails were lovely and the food at the bar was tasty, pool was quirky with the see through glass which made it stand out, would definitely stay again. This hotel is fabulous. Its a great location . Easy to access the tourist bus .(literally outside the front door)
Easy check in , we arrived early and our room wasn't ready but they put our luggage in a safe locked room.
The pool , seating area was clean and well maintained. Plenty of seats and sunbeds.
