Lovely Stay

Lovely stay, hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, stayed two nights, would definitely stay again. 10 minute walk to beachfront, and within walking distance to other attractions. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay again...

A Disappointed Stay

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was plentiful. The room okay and quiet as it faced the little back garden. Had to pay for a kettle, coffee and tea for the room. The thermometer did not work properly.
I would sternly asdvise not to eat dinner whereas it was very exorbitant and not worth it at all. The portion served was as if they were catering for a 2 year old child... let alone a baby....

I am currently staying at this hotel, the hotel reception and bar staff are amazing what lets this place down are its cleaners. I left the resort at 10am returned at 3pm to a room not cleaned I asked for my room to be cleaned and was told it would be I have no returned at 7.45 to a room that has not been cleaned and when making a complaint been told she was planning on doing it later. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay, recently. Lovely room, well presented and clean. Nice bathroom with a good shower, plenty of hot water. Safe included in the room. Breakfast was very good, every morning. The hot food could be a little warmer but overall the choice was excellent. Every member of the team, we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would only suggest including a kettle and tea tray, in the room, would...

Excellent city hotel

We used this hotel for a one night stay before our cruise from Barcelona. It was a lovely, pleasant night. The room was a great size and was very clean. The staff at reception were ever so helpful and polite. We had a light dinner in the bar and it was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly. We always enjoy a H10 hotel and would recommend this one....
