The hotel is very comfortable and of a high standard with nice facilities. The bed and the room were both great. The staff are all very friendly and obliging, although every day they forgot at least one thing when cleaning our room. Either they forgot to empty the bins or they removed towels and forgot to replace them, but this is not that important. The breakfast was very good. The bar service was also good. The loc...

Sadly not worth the money.
-Rooms dont look as photographed on the website.
-My boyfriend had his Beats earphones stolen from the changing rooms in the spa, was offered no apology or help with this.
-Rude/stand offish staff.
-Location is miles away from any of the main attractions/sights (30+ minute walk).
-Surrounding area of the hotel is rough with lots of homeless people/beggars.

Average hotel with terrible breakfast.
We are here at present for 13 night sand booked for breakfast, the choice is terrible, the fried eggs that had just been bought out were stone cold, croissants are not flaky, they are stodgy and horrible, the scrambled eggs taste disgusting and are very sloppy, the choice is not acceptable. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Bar food was nice but very small menu. Could hear a lot of street noise early morning so could do with better insulation...
