The hotel went out of their way to support our group, first helping me getting WiFi connected via VPN, checking luggage in and out multiple times and endless coffee, cava, water and snacks during the day.
The rooms were clean and well appointed.
Only issue was the hot tub not being hot but rather like warm with a cold jet!!! lol perfect for summer less so in November.

The hotel is at the border between El Born and Barri Gòtic, two distinctive districts. It is right across the street from Plaça del Rey, which can be the starting point of your Gothic Quarter tour.
The breakfast is nutritious, ample, and fresh.
The room is clean and modern. Bathroom, that is important, is modern and clean.

We give the customer service/front desk personnel at this hotel an A++! They were always polite and attentive; answering our questions, helping us manage dinner reservations, arranging taxi service and promptly helping us get into our room safe when we accidently entered the wrong code. Lovely boutique hotel, next to the old cathedral and plaza. Happily, far from Rambla. Room was nice and well equiped, but small. Good breakfast buffet. Construction in front made getting in a little difficult. Helpful desk personnel. Bar on top has great views, and a small pool....

Centrally located in the gothic quarter, the hotel is welcoming, clean and just delightful.
The staff are accommodating and go above and beyond.
The welcoming drink on arrival, the the quality toiletries in the rooms were a welcoming touch.
Highly recommend this hotel...
