A wonderful hotel. Cant believe it is 3 star. A friend and I stayed 4 nights and booked two rooms. Everything about the hotel was excellent - location was wonderful, reception staff couldnt have been more helpful, rooms very well appointed, great breakfast, the reception bar was very comfortable with good food and attentive staff....

We were welcomed at H10 Montcada Boutique Hotel by friendly staff which continued during our stay. Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Lots of restaurants, bars and the historic Gothic Quarter nearby. With the central location easy walking around the city and taking in the great atmosphere. From the moment I stepped into the hotel I felt so welcomed. Check in was quick and smooth and was presented with a welcome drink of cava. The reception staff were so friendly and asked about my plans for the week.. I explained that I had 3 or so tours planned but was looking for recommendations I was presented with a couple of different city maps and recommendations for restaurants in the area. I arranged a package with a bottle of cava to surprise a friend who had supported me immensely over the past year. Unfortunately, the experience did not go as planned. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the personal note I had specifically requested was missing. Instead, there was a generic complimentary card from the hotel, which diminished both the purpose of the gesture and the surprise.

Nothing but positives to say about this H10 hotel, most probably the best cutomer service we have experienced in any of their hotels. All the staff, admirably led by Victor Juanto, are extremely helpful & polite.
