I arranged a package with a bottle of cava to surprise a friend who had supported me immensely over the past year. Unfortunately, the experience did not go as planned. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the personal note I had specifically requested was missing. Instead, there was a generic complimentary card from the hotel, which diminished both the purpose of the gesture and the surprise.

Nothing but positives to say about this H10 hotel, most probably the best cutomer service we have experienced in any of their hotels. All the staff, admirably led by Victor Juanto, are extremely helpful & polite. They had no hesitation in assisting with tickets for the attractions, helping with dinner bookings & in going out of their way in overcoming the initial disapppointment of the junior suite not being availabl...

I have stayed at the hotel before and have recommended it to family and friends. Great location, wonderful breakfast and clean room. However, I was disappointed with an episode with the front desk on Nov 23rd. I had asked the day before if they would be able to call me a taxi to the port for a cruise and he said of course. H10 Montcada was a wonderful home base for our 8-night Barcelona area explorations. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Location was awesome, right next to metro, old city walls, all the Born shops, cathedral, and not far from waterfront.
