We stayed at a triple room of 22 sqm. The room has everything needed and it was also very clean. The goal of the trip was not to stay in the room anyway. The breakfast covers all the preferences and it is also very well set. The employees of the hotel are all smiley and very polite....

THE WORST HOTEL EVER !! Honestly speaking, this is the Worst Hospitality ever, ok , I wrongly book the date of stay ( should be May 3rd-7th 2025 , but i wrongly pressed June 3rd-7th 2025 ) , then I asked to changed date , and Ms. Laura said that I could change with additional charge for upgrade, and I agreed immediately, but then no news, and after a week, she said the booking couldnt change at all , i mean for 4 ...

Stayed here for four nights, had great room over looking the square which was very comfortable. Huge breakfast selection. Staff were helpful and friendly; went to bar each night after going out for dinner and served by a lovely enthusiastic lady and helpful man....

From the moment you walk in, it is breathtaking, the staff are incredible the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are insane. We had a superior room, huge with a balcony that came with an electric blanket. The bed is super comfy and huge, the shower is massive. Couldnt fault it and it is super central!...

We had a 2 night stay at this excellent hotel. It is well situated and central. Very stylish accommodation in a beautiful building.
We were in Room 410 which was on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel with a large balcony terrace and view of the garden.
The bed was firm but fairly comfortable. There was a TV a safe and wardrobe. A fridge and a nespresso coffee machine.
