Nice functional appartment in great neighbourhood

Located in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops etc. 15 min walk to Paseo de Gracia. However, be aware of the noise at weekends. There is a club at the back of the hotel. We stayed on 1st floor and was woken up Fri and Sat night at 3-4am by clubbers coming out and laughing, shouting etc in the street. The hotel staff were hit and miss. Uncomfortable Air Conditioner

We were really disappointed in the Air Conditioner. The temp. will not go below 23 Celsius. The front staff suggested I give AC some time to cool the room. I gave it 3 days, and the temperature did not go below 23 Celsius, this was the biggest disappointment with this hotel. Hotel knows that they have set the temp. to not go below 23 degrees to save some money.
All other hotels we stayed in had better AC.

Location is good and the subway is very close. Rooms and spacious and clean, has a great shower and a comfortable bed, not to forget the added benefit of a kitchenette. Recommended!...

Great apartment suites, great location

Excellent apartment suites - combo of hotel room with utitles was perfect. Great room with great showers and kitchenette. In upmarket area, loads of places to eat + supermarkets cheap and also Waitrosy ones. Lots of transport nearby, including Fontana metro.
No fuss English speaking stuff - would definitely stay here again....
