A conveniently located apartment 5 minutes walk from Metro station L1.

Clean apartment but with ill- equipped kitchen. No scissors or proper corkscrew or kitchen knives. Also at back of sink the wall was seriously damaged due to water ingress (not tiled but chipboard with thin film of pvc). Location was good however....

Great place,..but they keep knocking on the door many times to check things in the apartment or make a note of damages that need repair,..they can do it when you are out,
Everything you ask the receptionist doesnt tell you the answer, direct you to someone else or the taxi to answer simple questions!,..they should be more helpful, they are locals and know where are things, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions...

I just want to say that we experienced trouble during our self check-in at Hesperia and having our TV working in our 1 bedroom suite. However, through both of these Jomari was there to help us get through the issue. Jomari went above and beyond her role to ensure that guests including us are taken care of.
