Great place,..but they keep knocking on the door many times to check things in the apartment or make a note of damages that need repair,..they can do it when you are out,
Everything you ask the receptionist doesnt tell you the answer, direct you to someone else or the taxi to answer simple questions!,..they should be more helpful, they are locals and know where are things, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions...

I just want to say that we experienced trouble during our self check-in at Hesperia and having our TV working in our 1 bedroom suite. However, through both of these Jomari was there to help us get through the issue. Jomari went above and beyond her role to ensure that guests including us are taken care of. I will start with the Staff who did our check-in at the Hyatt Barcelona tower, they were all welcoming and very easily approachable, we liked the suite given to us, it was really clean and good size, bathroom was hygienic and clean as well.
