We enjoyed this hotel very much. The location is superb with access to wonderful restaurants. Esmeralda welcomed us at reception and enthusiastically gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. The breakfast was excellent and staff kept the buffet well-stocked and tidy continuously. Housekeeping staff member Blanca works hard, is friendly and addressed all of our requests and kept our room spotless!...

We had a wonderful stay at Hesperia Barcelona Presidente. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, with a delicious breakfast and excellent service. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and professional, making us feel very welcome. Their hospitality and understanding truly exceeded our expectations.

If you prioritize cleanliness, pick somewhere else to go. Im on day one of a five day stay with my cousin, and both of our rooms have had issues and involved changing spaces. Mine had a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the bed, and the new spot seems to have makeup stains on the bedsheets. Im unsure if they didnt change the sheets or if they dont clean the sheets well. it is not my choice for next time. the location is good but the hospitality & breakfast is not good.there is no bell man, service is not as good as my experience in Dubai or turkey. We should always remind service room to charge tea service & water & ...

Cute hotel that feels Boutiquey very near to the high end shopping street of Passeig de Gracia. Great location near restaurants and shops. Loved the winding staircase I could take from my 4th. floor room down to the lobby. (They have elevators but I like the exercise.)
