Paid an extortionate amount (£910 per night for 3 people) for an interconnecting room. Rooms ok but not plush. Cleaned everyday but not given fresh hand towels after day 1. No minibar. No room service after midnight (even with a weekend of all night festival going on right next to hotel). Vending machine in reception poorly stocked and coffee station broken. Do not pay a deposit, you will not get this back. £260 gone, apparently the money has been sent... two months later no refund. back and forth phone calls in Spanish, nightmare, don bother. attitude on the phone, average stay. pick another hotel....

Disappointed.

We were very disappointed. We paid way too much. Apparently our room was supposed to have a coffee machine, but it didnt. As a celiac, I was did not have many food options. The location is also disappointing as its a long way to get into the historic part of town. I will say the staff was very kind and nice....

All the staff members were friendly and very helpful. It was a 5-minute walk to a train and the beach was about the same. The pool area was awesome, although it was a bit too cool to take full advantage of everything it had to offer.l while we were there.

This hotel is a very practical and safe hotel right on the Barcelona seafront. My room was very large and good value for the price. Staff are very helpful. The lifts are rather quirky, you type in your destination floor and then the computer console tells you what lift to get for your destination floor. Breakfast was good, if a little chaotic. Overall, I would recommend this hotel....
