Spent three nights here and had a wonderful stay overall. Great location, clean hotel, relaxing sauna and steam room area, and an excellent gym. The staff were truly wonderful. Would definitely return....

Balmoral Hotel in Barcelona is a hidden jewel!

This hotel is superb! We were there in mid October and then again at the beginning of November 2025. Centrally located in a safe area of Barcelona and within walking distance to all the main touristic attractions this hotel offers very good service for the price. The booking and the check in were smooth, the staff very friendly and welcoming. We booked through booking.com and the deal came with a free airport-hot...

Disappointing Experience

For those looking at booking this hotel, be cautious as we had an iPad go missing during our stay and when we brought it to the attention of hotel staff, we were immediately met with a defensive attitude. We are not ones to cause a fuss over things usually however, this feels important to share after our negative experience in trying to resolve the matter.

Excellent stayed at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and nice. The AC was good which for us was a relief. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk to las Rambla for dinner. The breakfast was amazing, with a large selection of items all with great quality. I just wished my stayed was longer at this wonderful hotel....

We stayed here for 8 nights in February. Our stay was excellent. The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds, Nice linens, bath products, high pressure shower and decent sized bathroom. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.
