We stayed for 3 nights for 2 rooms. Firstly, the staff is exceptionally good. The services provided are good, though the rooms could be good or average (depends on the setting). Breakfast buffet was awesome, and might provoke me to book another stay only for that reason. Location is great too, you can walk to many places easily....

Hotel is nice and well situated - in a quiet area just off of main road so easy to walk everywhere from this location. No complaints about hotel but would be good to have tea and coffee topped up each day - this was not done at all in our stay of 3 nights but there is a coffee shop over the road which is handy. ...
