We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool & be close to the beach.
We booked a room with no balcony. In general it appeared that hotels in area did not have balconies.
Checking in was easy & helpful.

This is probably the fifth or sixth time I stayed here and Ive seen a real drop in standards of service. This time I was really disappointed. The room cleaning was minimal at best (lots of waste bottles etc left for a few days, beds not made properly), breakfast was poorly stocked but worst of all was the front of house. They treated me like a thief

HUGE DOWNSIDE. It is forbidden to take anything from breakfast with you not even a banana. I made that mistake and was screamed upon from across the room like a thief. It felt extremely embarrassing. Otherwise everything was perfect....

Brilliant hotel in Barcelona

Excellent hotel from start to finish. Check in was smooth. Rooms very spacious with free wifi. Very helpful staff. The rooftop pool was wonderful, not the biggest but great for a city break. The staff at the bar were lovely. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful street with plenty to see, eat and drink. The roof terrace is a sun trap with views to the sea....
