Perfect location for me to attend a conference at the CCIB ( only @20 min walk). Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff ( fantastic recommendations for food)....

3 night stay after cruise for sightseeing

Lovely clean good sized rooms and very pleasant helpful staff. Sun roof with pool was added bonus. Only had breakfast which was very nice. Easy walk to beach, cafés, restaurants and metro. I was with 2 friends and we would all definitely stay again....

Not a 4-star hotel.

It is far from a 4-star standard hotel. The price and quality ratio is very bad. The service is not up to high standards. They requested me to send the complaints also via mail and did not reply anymore.
Cleanliness issues:
The room had silverfish, mold on the walls, and both the towels and furniture were stained.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are modern and spacious.
The cleanliness of the room was superb. It was great to have our towels changed every day but on the green side , probably not nessary. If there were more railings in the bathroom to dry the towels, could reduse the carbon footprint. Very impressed by the Bamboo access cards.
In the hotel you feel very safe.
