Took Paymenf Weeks Early

Took payment 2 weeks before my stay rather than placing a hold on my card and when I raised it with them, they offered absolutely no apology and when I asked them to send me a receipt, they refused multiple times to send me the receipt before my stay leaving me unable to claim the expense with work and out of pocket for weeks...

No water, no balcony, child on different floor

Pretty terrible place. Water is heavily restricted, they supply 500cl amd then tell you to go to a supermarket if you want more. Would not house our son and our room on same floor as renaiged on the booking of having balconys in the room. So put a child on a different floor....

I had a great experience at the hotel. It is very clean and the personnel is caring. Only downside was the room service that has limited menu in my humble opinion. ...

Everything was just great! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel: central location, the orange L4 metro station is 5-10 minutes away, spacious and modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast and nice executive lounge; we also enjoyed the gym.

The location is perfectjust a few steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, and only a 7-minute walk to the metro station. The cleanliness, room size, and service were all excellent, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay...
