The staff are pretty rude, especially the kitchen staff and the breakfast was not worth what we paid, pretty disappointing. The room is not very sound proof so we heard our neighbors comings and goings. The only reason I didnt give it a 1 star is because the shower has nice water pressure. The pillows and mattresses need to replaced because they are hard and not comfortable at all. The WiFi is horrible! Every mornin...

The customer service did not meet expectations. During our stay, we encountered several issues:
1. There was no assistance provided with luggage.
2. Housekeeping support was lacking. For example, when I requested an extra pillow, I was asked to collect it myself as staff were unavailable.
3. Although we had reserved a two-bed room, this was not available upon check-in.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Sagrada Familia and public transportation, and not too far from Park Guell. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful....

Found the hotel to be average, not a 4* hotel. Although the room was cleaned everyday during our stay the level of cleanliness could be betters. Dirty bathroom door, stain on the headboard and shower was very very grubby. Some staff were friendly but some were dismissive and rude. Staff did not wear name badges so unable to comment. The hotel is in a central location. Near to every shops, near the beach, near the La Familia Sagrada and a lot more tourist spots.
The cleanliness is not perfect, but it could do better. However the cleaning of the rooms is every day.
There is a very small size of swimming pool on the roof. Not many it could accommodate at once.
Bars and restaurants are nearby as well....
