We were booked in at this hotel with Trip-a-Deal at the end of our Virgin Voyages cruise and as we wanted to spend an extra two days in Barcelona thought it simpler and more convenient to stay on at the same hotel.

Wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. Great breakfast and close to Sagrada where you can access HOHO easily . Only area for improvement is their pillows. Definitely need to invest in some quality pillows. We asked for 2 extra and even those were not adequate . Very flat pillows arent conducive to comfortable sleep ( at least not for us)....

I booked 2 rooms 3 nights, all confirme, only to receive an email the next day that the booking was cancelled, no reason, nothing. I wnet to the hotel since their phone contact and answering is just as basd as the booking system to be told that the hotel was full when I booked !!! If a hotel group like this cannot link their room supply directly to their (obviously) outsouced booking platform then they clearly use A...

The staff are pretty rude, especially the kitchen staff and the breakfast was not worth what we paid, pretty disappointing. The room is not very sound proof so we heard our neighbors comings and goings. The only reason I didnt give it a 1 star is because the shower has nice water pressure. The pillows and mattresses need to replaced because they are hard and not comfortable at all. The WiFi is horrible! Every mornin...
