We enjoyed our week's stay. This is a smaller Leonardo, the staff were friendly, we had a warm welcome and were acknowledged as we came and went. The bedroom and shower room were kept very clean and well supplied by the small team of efficient housekeepers. We arrived quite late to the hotel, we had a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff, they were so kind and helpful. Carlos and Anas are a credit to the hotel. The morning receptionist was just as lovely offering us water and crossiants and letting us know where gothic quater was etc. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Stayed here in January 2025.
Me and my wife were greeted by lovely staff in reception, offering a drink on arrival and fruit.
We were checked in and stayed on a b&b basis. Breakfast was all you needed. Depending on what time you came down for breakfast, the dining area could get full.
Room was very big, bathroom was big, very comfortable.
Great location, really loved el clot and felt very safe.
