While the hotel itself is clean and well-located, its front desk staff leaves much to be desired. In particular, an employee named Joselyn has been exceptionally incompetent, unprofessional, and aggressively disrespectful on multiple occasions. Our first encounter was with Marc. Marc is friendly and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure that our early check-in was impeccable. Lara and Nuria were awesome in recommending the tours that would make Barcelona unforgettable. Perfect hotel for the conference centre

We had an excellent stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira. We were attending a conference but came a few days early to explore the city and found this hotel to very well located for both. It is a bit further into main Barcelona but easily done on the excellent Metro, and the nearest Metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.
