What a lovely hotel. Reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kindly stored our luggage as our room wasnt quite ready because we arrived very early.
When we got to our room it was lovely. Very smart and spotless.. Bathroom and shower were amazing.

the lock on our door was broken EVERY SINGLE DAY. we had to ask staff to come and let us into our room once again every single day. Often times late at night or being made to walk up and down stairs several times with heavy bags. We politely asked each time when the issue could be fixed and they continuously told us they would send maintenance up and never did. As the week went on the staff became more and more abras...

The hotel was centrally located in the city for the things we wanted to see and do. It is rated 3 stars and we agree. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were thorough. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend including the breakfast with the room. It was excellent! Conveniently located to the metro and buses. We walked a lot and always felt safe. Highly recommend this hotel....

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! In January I made a reservation at the Hotel Lleo for May 12-15. I used a Mastercard to guarantee the reservation.
On May 12th at 11:56 th hotel emailed me in Spanish. I was traveling at the time and didnt see the email until I was en route to the hotel. At that time I called the hotel to find out my reservation had been cancelled. I was told that the credit card I used to guarantee ...

The hotel is nice enough, check in staff were friendly and welcoming and the bar area and lady serving was nice. The rooms are big and spacious although beds are very hard. However the rooms have no sound proofing, no carpets. Its all hollow and echoes. You hear people showing above you almost like the water is hitting your ceiling.
