The MELIA BARCELONA SARRIÀ Staff are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The sheets and pillows are perfect. The entire Hotel is clean. Its located in a nice area. I stayed in this Hotel for a week for a March visit and couldnt be happier. I loved eating in the Restaurant....

Staff is excellent. They really care about the quality of your stay and so very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are comfortable. Very loud when windy but not much can be done about that. Very modern. Would have given 5 stars but noticed a few things that were not adequately cleaned in the room. Location good but I personally wish we would have stayed closer to Gracia....

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the main attractions and currently has good transport links to the airport and other key locations in Barcelona.

Sub par service, checked in on a Wednesday after traveling from Madrid. The first hiccup of the stay was the safe being broken, I called the front desk only to find that the phone cord was frayed and the staff member could not hear me. I finally got through and a technician was sent to repair the broken items in the room, this caused a 2 hour delay that prevented me from getting along with my day. The 2nd issue that ...

My room was so comfortable and had all the items I needed for a great stay.
The hotel is in walking distance of quite a few great places.
The staff were kind, helpful and breakfast services wonderful.
They had recommendations and guide/advice.
The restaurant attached had great choices and service was excellent....
