I would give this hotel 0 stars if that was an option. They knowingly put us in a room with a broken shower that flooded the bathroom and soaked some of our personal belongings. When we tried to speak to someone at the front desk they could not understand us due to the language barrier so we used Google Translate. We were eventually told they could not do anything about the shower until the next day. After that inci...

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The location was amazing, shopping and restaurants were great, it was so easy to get a cab and get to attractions around the city! Casa Mila and Casa Butllo was right around the corner!

Great location, very close to Casa Battlo, Casa Amatller & Casa Mila.
Room was nice & modern, quite clean - although bathroom was a bit run down with new seal on shower needed. Storage wasnt great, only 5 hangers and no drawers/cupboards so everything was out in the open - not our style.

Perfect Location, Cozy Rooms

Amazing location and very comfortable hotel! Rooms are small but perfect for a couple and we loved the outdoor access with the balcony. If traveling with a family, the rooms might be less comfortable or more intimate than some might desire.
The hotel is right in the center of Barcelona and incredibly walkable and accessible. Cant beat the location!...

We stayed at the Mosaic for 5 days in September 25. From the beginning they did not want to give us 2 connecting rooms as had been agreed upon since the reservation almost 2 months ago. Upon arrival, they had to change our room because the air conditioning did not work. Then we had problems with the boiler and we didn't have hot water!
