Disappointing Stay Misleading Pricing Practices & Serious Maintenance Issues

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by several serious issues.

The hotel was very welcoming and very conveniently located, close to the main attractions yet in a relatively quiet area. The room was very cosy, and the sunny terrace was a most welcome bonus! It was easy to explore the area from the hotel, and easy to get to and from the airport. Definitely a good base to explore Barcelona, and at a very reasonable rate!...

I couldn't make use of all facilities but the room was great, the rooftop bar a pleasure (however the view on Barcelona restricted), the restaurant nice. The sauna was a big out of place due to the Swimming pool being right next door and no possibility to get changed, get a towel, go to the restroom, no place to relax after the sauna....

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and fragrant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The ladies working in the dining room were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the orange smoothie :)...
