My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences Ive ever had. The overall organization feels chaotic and completely unprofessional. From the moment I tried to resolve a simple issue, it became clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Shower and bath were very clean. Breakfast bare had a huge variety of food selection. Public transport is very close. Metro les Corts is 8min walk away and also bus or tram station right above the hotel. Theirs is also a solarium at the rooftop with a pool, which we didnt use cause of the colder temperature. Stayed for 3 nights on business, just what you need, clean and comfy. Breakfast was a very wide ranging buffet, all fresh and the hot food was hot, not tepid.
Frontdesk staff were very hepful when I did experience problems.
The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from Sants Station and 45-50 from Sagrada Familia (stupid idea to walk),...
