Beautiful and spacious room. New coffee and water every morning for coffee machine. Food and drinks as a goodbye gift during check out. Birthday gift for my girlfriend during our stay....

My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences Ive ever had. The overall organization feels chaotic and completely unprofessional. From the moment I tried to resolve a simple issue, it became clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Shower and bath were very clean. Breakfast bare had a huge variety of food selection. Public transport is very close. Metro les Corts is 8min walk away and also bus or tram station right above the hotel. Theirs is also a solarium at the rooftop with a pool, which we didnt use cause of the colder temperature.
