During my stay, I encountered significant cleanliness issues with the breakfast service. When I poured boiled water from the kettle, a dead bug came out, which was deeply concerning. Additionally, the glasses and cups provided had visible stains, suggesting inadequate cleaning standards. This was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Amazing rooftop with a sunset view, service is great, personnel is kind and they pass by often to see if everything is okay. You dont have to make a reservation to have a drink here. Located in the city centre so its easy to travel to with public transport...

Small rooms with limited light exposure, different than what was on the description page.
Worst room service ever, I have to keep on requesting to clean the room otherwise it won't be cleaned.
Not as clean as a 5* hotel. Empty bottles are kept, if u throw a trash bag next to the door they don't remove it and forget abt any effort to arrange messy stuff.
Bedside light makes noise all night.

Outstanding staff, great location, wonderful rooms. We stayed only 1 night but from the moment we arrived and until we left
