What a wonderful hotel from start to finish
Champagne on arrival, mini bar refilled everyday for free!
Our room was immaculate very clean and air con was a blessing
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Javier!...

The hotel is in a good location, and easily accessible to metro and walkable to some locations.
I booked a superior city view room, the air con, shower and the massive bed were fab. Pillows unfortunately, were thin and flat and not comfortable. These were nothing like the advertisement photos. I found it difficult to sleep as could hear the room above moving about and slamming doors etc until late at night and early...

Fantastic hotel! We were actually booked this by the cruise company for our stay before we got on the ship but we couldn't have chosen a better hotel ! From the lovely glass of Cava at check-in to the very comfortable and (very welcomed) air-conditioned rooms to the fantastic rooftop bar we went to every day and night. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Its amazing and affordable for a fantastic city break in Barcelona. Mixed feelings about this hotel. I didnt book the hotel so I am not 100% sure which room we booked, but we booked as a group and all paid the same price. some of us got put in a standard internal room, others in a city view room.
