They had our heart from the moment we checked in around 10am after an all night flight from the US. They told us our rooms were ready and let us go up early, which was SO appreciated! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, they provided a free variety of drinks in the refrigerator, and even had a live piano player one day! That may have been a Christmas-time special, but he was great...

Birthday trip was wonderful

Location is very good for getting around.
We had a great time could not fault the hotel in any way the staff were excellent so helpful, the rooftop bar was wonderful cocktails very tasty, and the surprise birthday Cava and cake in our room was a lovely touch.
Thank you for a wonderful experience loved every moment of Barcelona and you guys helped to make it happen....

Amazing hotel central to shops and walking distance to most amazing places to see. Lovely room. Nice rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again. Staff great. Good breakfast selection....

I stayed at the Negresco Princess for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. The rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long work days.

Great Location and Facilities

Fantastic location and the facilities including rooftop bar and Sauna etc. were great. Loved the Pianist in the bar on the Friday evening! Room was clean and had great views across the city (only on floor 5 though so didn't see as much as the higher ones)! The shower was also great! All the staff were friendly and they gave options to leave luggage on my check out day without me even asking for them....
