My friend and I stayed here for 4 nghts. before a tour in France. The location is superb, with restaurants, buses, and metro stations nearby.
We splurged on a suite and loved the spaciousness and walk-in shower.
Andrea Rey, the Manager helped throughout our stay. She has a special staff. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and spoke English and Spanish. We also loved the Salsa Dancing experience on Friday night. I...

Excellent hotel! Wonderful service, Juanma at the desk was helpful with questions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The included breakfast was abundant with an excellent selection. Would highly recommend....

I cannot fault the Ohla Eixample and its staff! From the moment I booked our room for myself and my teenage daughter, I felt incredibly well looked after. Andrea was superb at looking after us before and during our stay as well as giving excellent restaurant recommendations.
On arrival, we were made to feel so welcome and offered cava, which is always the best start to a holiday! Our room was a stunning Junior Suit...

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and very professional. We had the following problem during our city trip, and this problem was solved by the hotel staff as quickly as possible :
- This trip was booked via TUI in Belgium.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that no one was aware of our confirmed and paid reservation via TUI.
- Apparently, the local TUI agent had not passed on a reserv...

Very nice location with very friendly and attentive staff and delicious breakfast buffet. However we had several concerns that resulted in a lower rating. (1) out room had a very distinct odor as soon as we opened the door. It smelled very musty, almost sewer or moldy odor. I had to request a room change and was told that it was the last room available. I didnt know if the new room would also smell and wondered how...
