I booked this hotel while my stay in Barcelona. My husband and I took a trip throughout Europe. We stayed in Madrid, Rome. Venice and Barcelona was our last destination. All our hotels room were top notch. Clean. Updated furniture. With a pleasantly smell. This hotel unfortunately, smelled bad, was dirty and I couldn't sleep due to feeling itchy. I was really uncomfortable in this bed, shower and overall room

Room was excellent with a really comfy big bed. (superior room) location is good for conference centre and only a very short walk to the beach. Pool area and bar is great. This hotel benefits from a really friendly staff culture. I had an issue on check-in which was adequately resolved. I will go back....

Very Dissatisfied with the front desk. After travel 10 hours and arriving at 11am.. As VIP MYBarcelo members we asked to pay for early check in 1pm and were told the room wasnt ready. At 1:30 I spoke with front desk again and said can you please see if room was available. He said they were working on it and to have a seat and they would come get us. Larvae at Breakfast

While having breakfast, I discovered larvae in the chocolate cream served at the buffet. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable. I immediately informed both the breakfast staff and the front desk, who acknowledged the issue.
