I stayed at the Onix Hotel for 3 days and a thief broke into the hotel room. Alberto is the hotel manager and together with the staff he did nothing for us. They treated us very badly. The hotel is not safe, they can enter from the street and kill you....

Perfect location - we stayed for 5 nights in May 2025. Hotel was clean and comfortable and for us a great location.

Stayed for 5 nights in May. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was smooth. The addition of tea and coffee facilities in the foyer was welcome. We would stay again. Staff in the breakfast area seemed to be busy so would maybe suggest a trolley for guests to clear away their own dishes to assist staff...

Lovely hotel in a great location.

This hotel has everything we needed and wanted; its clean, comfortable, safe and quiet, the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, in walking distance to LaRambla, with shopping and attractions. The front desk personnel were welcoming, gracious and helpful both on the phone and in person. I hope we are able to visit again....

We stayed at this hotel from the 16th to the 18th of August and we had very bad nights.
Unfortunately, each night at 1:15am, there was a deafening sound in our room that sounded alarm and woke us up.
We called the receptionist both times and the receptionist mentioned that there was a problem in the pipes.
Our last night was terrible, we left the hotel at 4:00am to take our plane and ...
