The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The best part was a lovely lady at the reception named Sara she was extremely helpful, very kind, and truly delightful....

Read some worrying reviews about this hotel, think they must have been at a different hotel. Location is really convenient for visiting all parts of Barcelona. Lovely little pool for cooling down at end of the day. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, decent air conditioning, friendly staff. Felt completely safe with 24 hr reception and cctv everywhere. What's not to like?...

I stayed at the Onix Hotel for 3 days and a thief broke into the hotel room. Alberto is the hotel manager and together with the staff he did nothing for us. They treated us very badly. The hotel is not safe, they can enter from the street and kill you....

Stayed for 5 nights in May. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was smooth. The addition of tea and coffee facilities in the foyer was welcome. We would stay again. Staff in the breakfast area seemed to be busy so would maybe suggest a trolley for guests to clear away their own dishes to assist staff...
