Don't book your taxi through the hotel

Very disappointing taxi service arranged through the hotel. I was overcharged on an airport run, and the hotels response was dismissive and lacked any real accountability. The issue was not properly investigated, which left a very bad impression. The location was great but the noise isolation is poor, we can hear the people snoring in the next room....

A magnificent location, clean rooms, a top-notch breakfast, and a perfect location.
On top of all that, the staff is incredibly kind. In short, a superb experience. Well definitely be back....

Beautiful Gem in the heart of Las Ramblas

Location was perfect, right off Las Ramblas. The hotel is beautiful inside and very welcoming. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had 4 rooms split amongst our family, and most were very spacious; only one was a bit tight, but we made it work. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are kept up very well and/or are being refreshed. We encountered minimal noise level, but our rooms were on a sid...

Location is excellent, though the long shopping street and pedestrians are under heavy renovation. The hotels location is perfect! Lots of good dining places and shops around. Metro is just a few steps away. The hotel carries a long history like an heritage that the in-room furniture and refurbishment tell. Not much service. Remember to bring your own bathroom amenities, the hotel doesnt provide any....

Nice, big, clean room. The location is excellent, right in the middle of La Rambla, with many restaurants. Good value.
There's a big lobby. Most hotels in the area don't have this. The lobby is in a bad need of painting....
