We stayed here for four (4) nights from May 13th. Booked via British Airways as a package with our flight. The hotel is well located with easy access to everything. Our room was adequate and in good shape. The staff is good, as are the food and bar....

A very good location, close to Plaza de Espanya and several metro and train stations.
Montjuic Park is easily accessible on foot.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed....

You pay for the location, but its not worth it

You cant fault the location. 5 min walk from metro station. Very convenient. But thats it - its not worth paying the money just for the location. After all, its definitely not a 4* hotel!
The size of the room is ok, though as many others have suggested, it needs refurbishment as things are starting to fall apart. For example, the shower floor is wooden deck and when you step on it, it sinks and feels like its a...

Clean and a nice location near a metro station, with pleasant staff. Hotel is old and worn inside, with peeling edges and worn upholsteryNot bad, but old and out of date. Not a boutique hotel, even if maybe it was. Container for facial tissues broke when I went to use it, no USB power ports, a weird switch for lighting that is hard to use in the dark.
